"A not-so-secret bottling from a famous distillery on the Orkney Isles (HP), this single cask expression was matured for 18 years in an ex-Oloroso Sherry Butt. There is a typical waxy note found in whiskies of this age from this particular distillery, along with notes of heather honey and oatcakes, along with the faintest whiff of coastal peat smoke. A spectacular old dram from Orkney."
