Born in 1845, Fernet-Branca, is a secret formula passed down fromgeneration to generation. Today, the only custodian ofthe Fernet-Branca formula is the president, Niccolo Branca,who personally measures out the aromatics during the productionprocess.

Fernet-Branca is aged for at least one year in oak barrels and has alight brown colour with amber hues.
